MSc. Architect Canan Çakar is the founder of Coordin.art and an accomplished architect and project director with nearly 20 years of experience in real estate development, design management, and large-scale project coordination. Her career spans leadership roles in internationally recognized projects, complex mixed-use developments, luxury residential and hospitality investments, and high-value industrial facilities.
Canan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Istanbul Technical University and has completed a Real Estate Development Master Programme at the same institution. She also earned a Project Management Certification from Yıldız Technical University. Throughout her career, she has continued to strengthen her expertise through professional trainings, including LEED BD+C, WELL Certification Systems, and advanced coaching & mentoring programs.
With extensive experience in both global and local development environments, Canan has led multidisciplinary teams across architecture, engineering, operations, and sustainability. She has worked with world-renowned architectural firms—such as Steven Holl Architects and RAMSA—and has played key roles in the design management and coordination of landmark projects including Kaplankaya Marina Village, Holl Kaplankaya, and the DSM-Firmenich Regional Perfumery Production Hub.
